If you have received an incorrect article, accept our apologies in advance, and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing a brief description of what happened, attaching your full name, email used at the time of purchase, and reference of your order, as well as detailing if you would like to opt for a replacement or a refund. You should do this within a maximum period of 72 hours from the day you received it. It should be noted that, in any of the cases, the product should be returned in the same state in which it was previously received.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the price of the item (including shipping cost).
Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt of the item returned to our warehouse, at most, within a maximum of 30 days of receipt in the warehouse, depending on your location and bank. We will proceed to the refund against the debit/credit card or Paypal account with which the item was originally ordered or other means of payment that we have available. Refunds will preferably be made by bank transfer. The account number provided has to be made from the same email that was used to register the account that made the order. Thus, guaranteeing that the bank details were provided by the person who made the order
Return and Exchange costs:
Nadeshfy will only bear the shipping costs for returns if the return has been originated as a result of a company error (eg incorrect, defective shipping)
In case of acquiring a product that is not correct and you want to exchange it for a similar one, you will have to pay the shipping costs (to be consulted in the table, according to origin) and carefully package the product to be returned so that it can be collected by the delivery company.

How to return/replace an item
Contact us quickly and safely via Online Message through Your Account. You must provide your order number, the item to be returned and the reason for the return to our Customer Service team. We will provide you with a unique return or exchange authorization number. The money will never be returned unless there is an error in the shipment or a different product and we will confirm the address to which you will have to send the item back. We will usually send you a courier. Please pack the item safely and include your order number, name and full address inside the package. Please also include a receipt/proof of delivery from the Post Office when you return the item to us. We will not be able to process your refund or replacement in the unlikely event that your shipment is lost in postal transit and does not reach us. If you request the replacement of a product that is no longer available in stock, we will proceed to make a refund to the credit/debit card / Paypal account with which the order was placed or another means of payment.
Any item ordered and then sent back is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches its destination in our warehouse. Please make sure you return the item using a shipping method that ensures the value of the item.
If you do not want a replacement, we will proceed to provide you with a voucher to be used within a period of 6 months from the date of return for the amount of the item purchased. It should be noted that shipping costs will not be included and cannot be reimbursed in any case.
All replacements and returns must be notified within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
